The staff was super helpful and friendly! they organized transport for us. Someone was always there to help. the room was spacious and elegant too. breakfast had a good variety of options!!!

the hotel itself is small. the rooms felt quite dark with old furniture and a bad smell, honestly. the beds were also pretty uncomfortable, i must say.

the room i booked was supposedly superior, but this was not really true. the size of the twin beds was small, more like children's beds. i found this disappointing.

The staff efficiently arranged my transportation from the airport to the hotel and again to the train station after my stay. My room was quite spacious, very clean, and featured tasteful décor. I found the breakfast to be a very strong point. A good variety of items were always available.
